Every plan is backed by a satisfaction guarantee, running from the date your subscription is activated, under the terms below.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@vikingiptv.tv or over WhatsApp shortly after activation and describe the issue you experienced. We will work with you to resolve it, and issue a refund if the service genuinely did not work as described.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days of approval.

Fair use

The guarantee covers subscriptions that do not function as advertised; it is not intended to cover a simple change of mind after extended use, or access shared beyond the 1 connection included in your plan.
